HIGH ROLLER II

is a consequent development of what is probably the best known and most successful DH tire of the last decade. Compared to the HIGH ROLLER, the HIGH ROLLER II has a slightly modified tread with modified slats, a new edge profile and an outwardly offset stud attachment.

Minion DHF

combines tried and tested elements such as bevelled studs for low rolling resistance and smooth running with longitudinally slotted studs for grippy edges. This gives it excellent directional stability and precise cornering behavior.

Minion DHR II

with its completely new tread design, the Minion DHR II is the ideal gravity tire. With the side knobs of the legendary DHF, which have been widened somewhat, it has extreme cornering stability. The center tunnels have tapered tunnels for better acceleration. Notches on the studs improve the transition when cornering. Part of the center studs has a paddle shape, they dig in when braking hard and help to keep the bike under control.

Note:

Maxxis strongly advises against the use of ammonia-containing sealing milk. Ammonia has been shown to attack the carcass and, depending on the amount used, can weaken it up to 30 after just a few months. Maxxis recommends using the Tire Plasma tire sealant.

3C MaxxGrip At Maxxis, the 3C tread is formed from 3 different rubber compounds in one piece and not subsequently assembled from two strips. Therefore, the treads can be shaped exactly according to the requirements of the respective tire model and the driving characteristics can be optimized. A new name for the well-known good 3C downhill mix combination that many of the best downhillers have trusted for years.

3C MaxxGrip offers the ultimate grip and the best damping properties for incomparable traction during downhills.

3C MaxxTerra At Maxxis, the 3C tread is formed from 3 different rubber compounds in one piece and not subsequently assembled from two strips. Therefore, the treads can be shaped exactly according to the requirements of the respective tire model and the driving characteristics can be optimized.

The freeride variant of Maxxis 3C blends. More grip and traction than the 3C MaxxSpeed compound, with less rolling resistance and longer durability than 3C MaxxGrip.

The ideal enduro and freeride mix because it combines good rolling resistance uphill with great grip on the descent.

EXO Protection This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the side wall of various MTB tires from Maxxis. It is very densely woven, light and very flexible. This means that the performance of the tires remains convincingly good. Tubeless ready Tubeless tires have many advantages: you can drive with less air pressure. This gives you better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And where there is no hose, the risk of breakdown also decreases. Maxxis TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealing milk than other tubeless ready tires. The bead of the Maxxis TR tires is completely covered with a rubber layer like a real UST tubeless tire. This means that tubeless mounting is successful on all rims with standard dimensions when they are first inflated and with little fluid. Wide Trail Casing WT: This design optimizes the tread layout and the shape of the tires on today's wider rims. Traditional tires are developed for narrower rims and are given a too angular shape on wider rims and therefore not exactly optimal performance. WT tires are optimized for an inner rim width of 35 mm, but work perfectly on all rims with an inner dimension of 30 – 40 mm. Applies to tires with a width from 2.4 .

Dual ply casing Two layers of fabric are combined and wrapped around the bead cores. The finished carcass then has four layers on the side walls and even 6 layers under the tread.
